Repetitive Strain Injury
Repetitive strain injury is an umbrella term which describes damage to muscles, nerves, tendons or other soft tissues resulting from overuse or misuse. RSI usually occurs in the upper limbs and can lead to other problems too, such as tendonitis.
If you have been injured at work you may be entitled to compensation under the relevant workers compensation laws in your state.
